Mahavidyalaya Development Cell (MDC)
For the smooth functioning of the institute along with the overall development of the institute as well as the students, this important wing is constituted in the month of November 2017, with the following primary objectives:
Planning of various development activities for transforming this Adarsha Mahavidyalaya into a Centre of Excellence.
To meet the national and regional needs, this cell also plans the opening of different vocational courses, certificate courses, diploma courses, etc. along with HS and B.Sc in near future.
Improvement of infrastructural facilities.
Encouraging teachers, students, and non-teaching staff for maintaining a clean and green Mahavidyalaya campus and become a part of Green India Mission (GIM) and Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (SBA).
Organizing national and international seminars, conferences, popular talks, etc.
Monitoring of ongoing infrastructural projects in the Mahavidyalaya campus, etc.

Career Guidance Cell
The Mahavidyalaya has a Career Guidance Cell to make the students informed of the various career options available to prepare them employable in the job markets. The following are the objectives of this Cell:
Ø To conduct survey among students on their careers options
Ø To arrange programme to create awareness about the importance of higher education
Ø To conduct orientation programmes for freshers
Ø To organize programmes for personality development
Ø To provide job information
Ø To maintain records of participation of students regarding their career

Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC):
The Grievance Redressal Cell of the Mahavidyalaya was constituted with a view to addressing genuine problems and grievances of the students whatever be the nature of the problem. Students are encouraged to use the suggestion boxes to express constructive suggestions and grievances. They may also approach the members of the Cell or any of their other teachers as is comfortable to them. Students are requested to note that making a complaint is serious and therefore they are to use this power in a responsible manner. At the same time, the Mahavidyalaya assures the students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.

RTI Cell:
Keeping in view the objectives of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the Mahavidyalaya has constituted an RTI Cell with a view to making speedy and timely responses to the RTI applicants. The authority has appointed a PIO and an APIO to deal with the appeals under the RTI Act, 2005. The Cell has been playing a significant role in empowering the citizens, promoting transparency and accountability in the working of the Mahavidyalaya.

Anti-ragging Monitoring Cell (AMC):
Based on the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the UGC framed the “UGC Regulation on curbing the menace of ragging in Higher Education Institutions, 2009”. As per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the recommendations of the RK Raghavan Committee, an Anti-Ragging Monitoring Cell (AMC) has been constituted to deal with the menace of ragging in the Mahavidyalaya.

Internal Complain Committee (ICC)/ Anti-Harassment Cell:
As the protection against sexual harassment and the right to work with dignity are Universally recognized human rights by International conventions and instruments such as Convention on the elimination on all forms of Discrimination against women, the Government of India ratified the same on the 25th June, 1993 and in the year 2013 a new Act addressing Sexual Harassment of women in their workplace was enacted by the Parliament post Vishaka v. State of Rajasthan judgement known as “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace ( Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013”. As per the legal requirements in this Act, every institution must have an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) constituted.
In pursuance of UGC (Prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015 along with “The sexual harassment of women in workplace” Act, 2013, ICC, PDUAM, Eraligool is constituted as under to work towards the prevention and grievance redressal and look into complaints of sexual harassment filed by the women students and women staff members. The ICC aims to ensure a fair and transparent process for addressing complaints and respondents.
The ICC shall comply with the procedure prescribed in the aforementioned UGC Regulations 2015 and The Sexual Harassment Act, 2013 for inquiring into the complaint in a time bound manner.
Functions of Internal Complaint Committee (ICC):
· To act as an inquiry authority on a complaint of sexual harassment
· To ensure victims are not victimized or discriminated against because of their complaint
· To take proactive measures towards sensitization of the staff, students and faculty members on gender issues
Complaint Procedure:
The Supreme Court states that Sexual Harassment is any unwelcome
Ø Physical contact and advances
Ø Demand or request of sexual favours
Ø Display of pornography
Ø Any other unwelcomed physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature
Ø Violent conduct or treatment or unlawful use of force
Any member of the college community who experiences or witnesses an incident of sexual harassment, gender-based discrimination, or related issues may file a complaint with the ICC.
Complaints should be submitted in writing, clearly describing the incident, including relevant dates, times, and locations and supporting documents. Complaints can be filled directly with the ICC, Presiding Officer or Vice-Principal through email or submitting the hard copy of the complaint at the office of the designated persons. In case the aggrieved women is unable to file a complaint due to some personal problem or unstable mental state nay person who has the knowledge of the incident can file a complaint on her behalf.

Disciplinary Cell:
The Discipline Committee of the College takes keen interest to maintain discipline and order in and outside the College campus during the working hours. The committee tries its best to inculcate among the students, teachers and non-teaching staff the right moral, social and intellectual attitude to build a community of integrity and responsibility. It also wants to uphold the academic integrity and good name of the College in and outside the College campus. The Charges of the Committee are the following:
I-card is compulsory for every Student.
To maintain & enforce strict discipline in the college campus.
To enforce strict dress code among students.
To monitor the movement of the students in the College and prevent students from loitering around in the verandas during the College working hours.
To ensure that all the students attend classes & prevent them from leaving the College before time.
To ensure that students maintain utmost silence in the Library.
To assist the college anti-ragging committee in preventing ragging in the College.
Any misbehavior/mischief on the part of the students with other students, faculty member and staff is subject to severe punishment as decided by the authority.
Students are not allowed in the canteen during the lecture hours.

National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit
National Service Scheme (NSS) was established under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Govt. of India in the year 1969. 24th September is celebrated every year as the ‘NSS-Day’ following its establishment on 24-09-1969, the birth centenary year of the ‘Father of Nation’. The ambition of NSS is to motivate academic personals (teachers and students) to voluntarily participate in the community services. NSS-Unit at the Mahavidyalaya came into being from November, 2017.

National Cadet Corps (NCC) Cell
NCC is a national organization which offers ample opportunities to develop discipline, character, brotherhood, quality of leadership, self-confidence, the spirit of adventure and ideals of selfless service among the students.

To reinforce and develop the students’ knowledge, understanding and skills in various indoor and outdoor sports.

The Research Cell of the Mahavidyalaya came into effect on 14th November, 2017. The prime motto of the Cell is to create a conducive atmosphere to pursue research studies in the Mahavidyalaya. The Research Cell functions with the following aims and objectives:
To create a proper temperament for research activities among the students by organizing ‘Popular-Talk’ Series/Seminars/Conferences/Workshops, etc.
To involve the students with their innovative potentialities in developing new concepts, building science models and to showcase their talents in exhibitions and competitions at the National level,
To encourage the Faculty members for carrying out research projects sponsored by National and International funding agencies, and to initiate collaborative works with the experts in their respective fields,
To encourage the Faculty members as well as the students to participate in the Seminars/Workshops/Training Schools, etc. at the State, National and International levels,
To publish in-house magazines/research journals in which researchers and students find space to ventilate their thoughts and creativity.
